Received my new Rotisserie from Northern Tool. Saved $250 by having it delivered to the store and going to pick it up (at 600 pounds it was about all my truck wanted to handle!):

Next, I will need to get a body jig to keep the body straight while I re-do the sheet metal. The one I am looking at can be mounted on the rotisserie:
Got my front wheels back on and adjusted my jacks and tire skates to prepare for the front sub frame removal. Will treat the bolts with WD40 this week to try to loosen them up… Also used the plasma cutter to cut a piece of pipe off to use as a breaker bar when loosening the bolts:
Next weekend will be spend tackling the sub frame bolts to get them loosened \ removed.
Got the leaf springs removed from the rear end – had to heat the bolts to get them loose. Loaded the rear end on my furniture mover dolly and loaded it in the truck – it was HEAVY!
Completed removing the rear end today:
Need to get an extra set of hands to help me load it in the pickup for disposal. Then I can start on the sub-frame. Might put my tire skates under the Camaro to move it over more and back the S10 in. Then I can place the rear end on wheels to move it to load in the S10. Need to carry it down this narrow path:

Finally got the upper nut cut off. I started from under the car and then went in through the top of the trunk. Took a lot of prying to get this far – can’t figure out why the bottom bracket stayed on the bolt!
Finally got it removed from the rear frame rail:
Created a small mess that needs to be cleaned up! Now you can see part of the reason I went in through the top:

Used the Plasma cutter to prep the driver’s side for cutting (luckily the trunk will be removed for new metal later so I can remove what was in the way!) – before and after:

The front side of the rear end has three bolts on each side. One of them is harder to access:
